Day 22: Workout Part 2 & Food

WHAT I DID TO WORKOUT THIS EVENING:
I cleaned a friends house for 4 hours today. My back is feeling it because I did a lot of work really low and a lot of work really high up. It was good for the legs and the back/shoulders for sure!
