We started with running (total we did 1.5 miles of running today) and then did a huge aerobic set (across the parking lot for each) of:
- skipping
- a-skips
- a-skips and then to the side
- straight leg kicks
- inner thigh kicks
- butt kicks
- high skips
- knees up
- etc.
- Some of these things were new to me so I can't remember what they were all called. All I know is that I went back and forth across that parking lot numerous times!
- squats with weights straight out
- squats with weights at your side
- lunges with bicep curls
- single leg dead lifts
- like 4 core exercises holding our weights
- military presses
- multiple shoulder exercises
- straight up rows
- Spider Mans
- Weighted crunches
- Weighted side crunches
- planks
- side planks while bicycling the top leg--- um, death!
- 2 sets of push sups
- etc.
- again, some of these things were new, so I can't remember all of them...and I just felt like we did SOOOO many!
