Day 76: Workout & Food

Mel and I went for a 2mile walk today. We were supposed to do a TRX workout with my trainer but not enough people could come so it was canceled...boo! At least we still moved our bodies!

MONDAY, AUGUST 16
Breakfast:
Peanut Butter
Whole Wheat Toast

Lunch:
Pizza (for a staff meeting)
Small scoop of ice cream

Snack:
Apple
Peanut Butter
String Cheese

Dinner:
Naked Chix Burrito w/ veggies
