What I did to workout today:
Today I ran 1.8 miles with my friend Mel. I knew I needed a partner and I'm glad I had one. We kept a bit of a faster pace so that was good too.
What I ate today:
Breakfast:
Multigrain Cheerios- 170
Skim Milk- 50
Snack:
Mixed Fruit
Lunch:
Chipotle Chicken Burrito- 700 (too much!)
Snack:
Almonds- 170
String Cheese- 60
Dinner:
Subway Turkey Sub- 280
Baked Chips- 140
TOTAL: 1570
