Breakfast:
Ham- 75
Hashbrowns- 150
OJ- 50

Snack:
Muffin- 250 (probably high)

Lunch:
Naked Chix Burrito w/ Veggies- 600
Sprite- 120

Dinner:
Sweet Potato- 120
Asparagus
Peppers & Onions
Chicken- 60

Dessert:
1/2 Skinny Cow- 70

TOTAL: 1705 (shouldn't have had that muffin!)
