Workout:
Banana
Protein Shake

Lunch:
1 1/2 cup of chili

Dinner:
1/2 cup chicken byrani
1/2 cup chicken tikka masala
1 cup of basmati rice
1/2 piece of naan bread (hard to only have 1/2 piece!)

Dessert:
1 natural fruit popsicle
