Workout:
Protein Shake
Banana

Breakfast:
Eggs
Whole Wheat Toast

Snack:
Carrot cake made w/ pumpkin

Lunch:
1/4 order of Peanut Curry w/ Chix & Veggies
1 cup of Thai soup

Snack:
1/2 Apple

Dinner:
5oz Chicken Breast
1/2 quesadilla
