Workout:
Banana
Protein Shake

Breakfast:
English Muffin
1 Egg
1 sausage
Hashbrowns

Lunch:
1/3 order of Peanut Curry with Chicken & Veggies

1/2 cup of Thai Soup

Snack:
Apple

Dinner:
Chicken Wrap w/ Veggies (only 1/2 of the tortilla)
10 shoestring fries (I DEFINITELY wanted more)
