We did circuit training at boot camp today. We went through the circuit two times and then ended with core exercise (mostly planks and then some crunches).
The circuit included:
- Partner pulls with tow straps
- running the distance of the gym with 35lb ammo cans in each hand
- Military Presses
- Water bars above the head
- water bars, twisting with lunges
- rows on the TRX straps
- water bars, climging the rope
- stair steps
- tricep dips
- weighted hula hoop
- these standing arm dip things (yes, my names are technical)
- wall sits while lifting a weighted bar overhead
- bouncing the medicine ball while squatting
- undulations (3 different kinds)
