½ protein shake- 65

Snack:
String Cheese- 120

Lunch:
Peanut Curry w/Chicken & Veggies- 700 (I ate the entire plate today!)
Soup- 100

Snack:
Apple- 50

Dinner:
7oz Chicken- 260
Sweet Potato Fries (homemade)- 125
Salad w/dressing- 40

Total for Today: 1675
