Today we did a circut. After we warmed up we:
- Military Presses (x15).... I used 8lb weights for all of it
- Push ups (x15)
- Crunches (x15)
- Reverse Crunches (x15)
- WITY's (a shoulder exercies)
- Curls (x15)
- Running (3 times the length of the court)
- Rows with resistance bands
- Jump Rope
- Chest Presses with 35lbs in ammo cans
- Stair Steps (20 total)
- Lunges
- Reverse Lunges
- Undulations (ropes)
- Ladder steps (front, in and out, sideways)
We ended with simple stretches and then we were done.
It was a good workout with lots of variation and lots of women were there today so the energy felt great.
